		<description>If you haven't used your camera in a while, you should:
* get it out and get familiar with how it works
* find the manual to look up any questions you have about how it works
* check the battery strength (your manual will tell you how!)
* if it's digital, shoot some sample pictures--some using the flash and some not using the flash--and download them to your computer, to make sure everything in the process works
* if it's film, shoot a test roll of film and have it processed
* decide ahead of time where you're going to carry it: backpack, purse, etc. 
* put it with the other items you will be taking on your trip
